Free maths games and learning resources for children

Primary Apps is a collection of free maths games and learning tools designed to help children build confidence across key areas of maths. The resources are suitable for primary and elementary learners and support both classroom teaching and home learning.

Our background

The site is part of Interactive Resources, created by Primary Games Ltd, a company with more than 25 years of experience in educational software.

Founded in 2000 by former teacher Mark Cogan, the company has developed award-winning resources used by schools and families around the world. Our Maths Pack Series received the BETT Award for Best Educational Primary Software and has been used in over 10,000 schools worldwide.

We combine classroom experience with digital learning design to create resources that are practical, engaging and easy for children to use independently or with support.

What we believe

We are passionate about making maths clear, engaging and accessible for every learner. Good educational resources should feel welcoming, build success step by step and help children enjoy practising important skills.

What we aim to do

Our aim is to provide simple, high-quality maths resources that support understanding, fluency and confidence through interactive learning and practice.

Designed for school and home

Whether children are learning in the classroom, revising at home or exploring maths through play, Primary Apps is designed to make practice more motivating and accessible. Our games and activities focus on helping learners strengthen core skills while enjoying the learning process.

We believe that regular, positive practice can make a big difference, and we are proud to offer free resources that teachers, parents and children can return to again and again.
